PRODUCTS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but colours and details can appear differently on different screens, and packaging may vary. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery times, return eligibility and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our fragrance, skincare and oral care products are cosmetic products intended for ordinary personal use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Read the packaging before use, patch test skincare before first use, and stop using a product if you have a reaction. If you have a known allergy or a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The tooken name, our store design, our collection artwork and our written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product photography supplied by our manufacturers remains the property of its respective owners.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
