Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

Standard Shipping - $8.00, free on orders of $70 and over. Estimated delivery 14 to 28 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping - $15.00. Estimated delivery 10 to 16 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Times can vary with your location, customs clearance and demand around holidays.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

We work with overseas fulfilment partners, so most items ship internationally and can take several weeks to arrive. We'd rather be upfront about that than promise a date we can't keep. Every order is sent with tracking.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 7 business days to begin updating after you receive it, which is normal for international shipments.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.

DELAYS, LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at egfsserious@gmail.com and we'll refund or resend it.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake, and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any customs fees or import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
